Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about services, pricing, security, contracts and how RealtyIT works with agents and teams.
Answers in plain English
These answers summarise how RealtyIT works: what we do, what it costs, how we handle security and privacy and what happens if you decide to leave. If your question is not here, call (604) 632-4959 or email info@SAZ.ca and we will answer it.
Many agents ask the same few questions before they start: which CRM should I use, how do I stop wire-fraud scams and how much will it cost. The answers below cover those and more, and the related pages go deeper on each topic.
Quick answers
What is RealtyIT?
RealtyIT is technology help for realtors, real estate teams and small brokerages. We set up and support CRMs, websites, email, devices, backups and security. We are a sub-brand of SAZ.ca (Strategy, AI and Acceleration consulting) and Sedighi.ca, and guidance is reviewed by Ali Sedighi, MBA, a technology strategist and CTO with more than 17 years of experience.
Who do you work with?
Individual realtors, real estate teams, small brokerages, new agents, luxury agents, commercial brokers, mortgage agents, coaches, stagers and photographers and relocation specialists, anywhere in Canada. Our home base is Vancouver, BC.
How much does it cost?
Per-agent support plans start from $89 per month. Team plans scale with headcount. One-time setups start from $750. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 5% GST, and new clients receive a 10% launch discount.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Plans are month-to-month and fixed-scope projects are priced before work begins. You own your domains, accounts and data, and we document everything so you can leave with it.
Do you sell or resell software?
No. We are a consulting and support team, so we recommend tools based on your needs, not on commission. You hold your own subscriptions.
Which CRMs do you support?
We most often work with Follow Up Boss, kvCORE and HubSpot, and we can advise on other options. We help with imports, lead sources, action plans, routing and reporting.
Can you help with wire fraud and phishing?
Yes. We configure multi-factor authentication and email authentication, set up password managers, run short awareness sessions and give you a call-back procedure for payment instructions. No provider can eliminate risk, but these steps close the most common gaps.
Do you work in my city?
We support agents across all provinces and territories remotely, with dedicated pages for 169 communities in British Columbia, 39 cities across Canada and all 13 provinces and territories.
How do I get started?
Call (604) 632-4959 or email info@SAZ.ca to book a free 30-minute consultation. We will listen, suggest a short plan and send a fixed-price quote. There are no web forms or trackers on this site.
Do you work with my brokerage's IT?
Yes. We work alongside brokerage platforms, follow their policies and help you document how your own tools connect to theirs. We do not replace brokerage-provided systems.
Is my client information safe with you?
We work with the minimum access needed, use multi-factor authentication and a shared password manager and document where information is stored. We are not a law firm, but we design with PIPEDA and BC PIPA in mind.
What are AI assistants good for in real estate?
Drafting listing descriptions and follow-up messages, summarising email threads, scheduling showings and triaging inboxes. We help you pick business-grade tools and set simple rules about what client information never goes into a chatbot.
