The short version

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, advertising pixels, session recording or third-party analytics, and it has no forms that collect personal information. The only way to reach us is by phone or by an email that you choose to send, and we use that information only to answer you.

What we collect and why

If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact information, brokerage, city and a description of your tech needs. We use them to reply, to prepare a consultation and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability. We do not link those logs to individuals.

Client information and security

When we help a client, we may need limited access to accounts that contain personal information about the client's customers. We request the minimum access needed, use multi-factor authentication, store credentials in a password manager and document what we touched. We ask clients to share access through proper delegation or invitation features, never by email or text.

We handle information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and, where relevant, British Columbia's PIPA. This policy is not legal advice, and each client remains responsible for its own obligations to the people whose information it holds.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements. Contact us at info@SAZ.ca. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The review date on each page shows when guidance was last checked.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

We do not set cookies and we do not load analytics, advertising or social-media scripts on this site. Pages are served from a content delivery network that may process basic connection data to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. Links to other websites, such as sedighi.ca and saz.ca, take you to separate sites with their own policies. We do not embed maps, videos or fonts from other providers, so visiting a page does not send your details to anyone else.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to meet reasonable business and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. Client project documentation is kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards so we can support you, then returned or deleted on request.
