Our story
About RealtyIT
RealtyIT is a friendly technology team for realtors, led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, and backed by the strategy practice SAZ.ca.
Why RealtyIT exists
Real estate runs on trust and timing. Agents compete on how quickly they reply, how professionally they present themselves and how safely they handle other people's money and personal details. All three depend on technology, yet most agents have never had anyone to help them set it up properly. They learn from videos, copy a colleague's setup or buy whatever an ad suggests.
RealtyIT was created to be that missing support: a team that understands both technology and the real-estate day, speaks in plain English and treats a missed lead or a suspicious email as an urgent matter. We work with solo realtors, teams, small brokerages, new agents, luxury and commercial specialists, mortgage agents, coaches, stagers, photographers and relocation specialists across Canada.
Who we serve
Our clients range from newly licensed agents setting up their first laptop to teams of a few dozen people and independent brokerages with a managing broker who has never had time for IT. We also work with commercial brokers, mortgage agents, coaches and the stagers and photographers who rely on agents. Everyone gets the same approach: listen, plan, build and support.
Who is behind it
RealtyIT is a sub-brand of SAZ.ca (Strategy, AI and Acceleration consulting) and Sedighi.ca. Founder Ali Sedighi, MBA, is a Vancouver-based marketing and technology strategist and CTO who has delivered projects since 2007. He reviews the guidance published on this site and sets the standards our delivery team follows.
That combination is deliberate. Senior strategy keeps recommendations honest and focused on business results, while hands-on delivery makes sure plans become working systems. You can find more about Ali at sedighi.ca and about the wider consulting practice at saz.ca.
How we think about tech for agents
We follow a few simple principles. Fewer tools are better than more, so we remove overlap before adding anything. Connected beats clever: a plain CRM that receives every lead is worth more than an advanced one that misses half. Safety is a habit, not a product, so we build routines such as call-back rules for payment changes alongside the technical controls.
We also try to be straightforward about limits. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. We do not promise that any service can eliminate risk, and the service targets we publish are objectives rather than guarantees. We label example situations as scenarios and never invent client stories or testimonials.
What working with us looks like
Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute consultation by phone or video. We then send a short plan with a fixed price, complete the work in focused remote sessions and finish with a handover that includes written notes and a recorded walkthrough. Ongoing support plans add a friendly help line and a monthly health check.
You own your accounts, your domain and your data at all times, and there is no lock-in. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over everything needed to continue without us. Call (604) 632-4959 or email info@SAZ.ca to get started.
