Tech support for realtors in Alberta
A resource- and energy-rich province known for Calgary and Edmonton. RealtyIT helps agents, teams and small brokerages across Alberta with CRM setup, secure email, devices, backups and day-to-day support. We work remotely from Vancouver and keep our advice practical: fewer tools, better connected, safely configured. Cities we support in the province include Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Lethbridge.
Pricing for agents in Alberta
Per-agent plans start from $89 per month, one-time setups from $750 and team plans scale with headcount. All pricing is in Canadian dollars, plus 5% GST (or applicable provincial tax), with a 10% launch discount, no lock-in and a free 30-minute consultation. Call (604) 632-4959 or email info@SAZ.ca to get started.
Connectivity and weather
Working in Alberta means planning for a mix of dense urban fibre in Calgary and Edmonton and long rural distances. We design setups that still work when your internet is slow: cloud tools with offline options, phone hotspots as a backup and automatic syncing when you reconnect. Weather and other events, including winter cold, hail, wildfire and flood events, can interrupt a business day, so we also help you build a simple continuity plan.
How support works across Alberta
Support is delivered by phone, email, video and remote session during agent-friendly hours, so being far from Vancouver makes no difference. For hardware, we help you choose and order the right device and ship it configured. RealtyIT is a sub-brand of SAZ.ca, led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, and every plan includes monthly health checks and priority handling on closing days.
Cities and communities we support
We provide remote support to agents across Alberta, including Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Lethbridge. Whether you work in a large centre or a smaller community, the service is the same: a friendly team, a tidy tech stack and fast answers. Visit the location pages for city-specific information, or contact us for help anywhere in the province.
Privacy rules agents should know in Alberta
Agents in Alberta handle sensitive personal information, so privacy law matters. Relevant rules include Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and PIPEDA. We are not lawyers, so we do not give legal advice, but we help you apply good practice: collect only what you need, keep it in controlled accounts, limit access and delete it when it is no longer required. Your brokerage and regulator may add their own requirements.
What drives real estate demand in Alberta
Real-estate activity in Alberta is shaped by local industries including energy, agriculture, construction, logistics and a growing technology sector. That mix affects who your clients are, how quickly they decide and which communication channels they prefer. Agents who serve relocation buyers, investors and move-up families all benefit from the same foundation: a fast reply, tidy records and a professional, secure online presence.

Quick answers
Which CRM should I choose?
It depends on your size and habits. Follow Up Boss suits many solo agents and teams, kvCORE is common inside certain brokerages and HubSpot works well if you also run broader marketing. We recommend the simplest option that fits and we do not resell software.
Is there a contract?
Our plans are month-to-month with no lock-in, and you own every account and domain we set up. One-time projects are fixed-scope so you know the cost and outcomes before we start.
Do you replace my brokerage's IT?
No. We complement it. Many agents use the brokerage's transaction platform and add their own CRM, website and devices. We stay within your brokerage's policies and help you document how your tools connect to theirs.
What privacy rules apply to agents?
Agents handle personal information governed by privacy law such as Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and PIPEDA, plus brokerage and regulator requirements. We are not a law firm, but we help you apply good practice: limited collection, controlled access, safe storage and timely deletion.
Do you work with agents in Alberta?
Yes. We support realtors, teams and small brokerages throughout Alberta remotely from Vancouver, by phone, video and remote session. For hardware we help you choose a laptop or phone and ship it set up and ready to use.
