Who we help
Tech support for new agents
Newly licensed agents who need a professional setup on a starter budget and no wasted subscriptions.
Tech for new agents
Your first ninety days decide whether habits stick. A clean, affordable setup lets you spend your energy on conversations rather than configuration. RealtyIT works with new agents to set up and support the tools that run a real-estate business: customer records, email, calendars, documents, phones and security. Newly licensed agents who need a professional setup on a starter budget and no wasted subscriptions. We explain every choice in plain English and keep the setup as simple as the work allows.
The tools that matter
For new agents, the core pieces are a reliable CRM, business email on your own domain, a safe place for documents and a way to sign and send them. Common platforms include Google Workspace, Starter CRM plan, Canva, E-signature through brokerage and Password manager. We configure each one, remove overlap and train you on the few features you will use every day.
Headaches we fix first
- Unsure which tools are actually needed
- Paying for software the brokerage already provides
- Personal Gmail and a free website builder
- No client database from day one
- Anxiety about scams and mistakes
Rules and duties to keep in mind
- PIPEDA
- BC PIPA
- BCFSA licensing and conduct rules
- CREA trademark rules for marketing
a new licensee buys three overlapping apps in week one. A one-hour planning session cuts the stack to a CRM, a branded email and a shared calendar, saving money and removing confusion.

Rules and duties to keep in mind
Good tech makes compliance easier. New Agents commonly need to think about PIPEDA, BC PIPA, BCFSA licensing and conduct rules and CREA trademark rules for marketing. We are an IT and strategy team, not a law firm, so we do not give legal advice. We do help you set up controls such as multi-factor sign-in, tidy file storage and access reviews that support the duties you have, and we document them so your brokerage or regulator can see them.
The biggest tech headaches we see
The most common problems for new agents start with unsure which tools are actually needed. Close behind are paying for software the brokerage already provides, and a general lack of time to fix either. None of these are exotic. They are everyday gaps that grow when nobody owns them. We start by ranking them by risk and effort, fix the highest-value ones first and write down the rest so nothing disappears.
Services new agents use most
Most new agents start with AI Assistants for Realtors and Social & Marketing Tech Integration, then add Data Backup for Agents or Cyber Protection for Agents as the business grows. Each service is delivered as a fixed-scope project or a monthly plan, whichever suits you, and each comes with documentation and a handover. We can also bundle them into one ongoing support plan.
